Tiny Stuff

Hi Again Everyone,

I was looking through my files this week and found all these tiny items I collected for stop-motion. Check out all this tiny stuff! Scale is incredibly important when talking about stop-motion, even when picking fabric for a costume. So, naturally having miniatures that resemble full-size items around is super useful. Here are some of the miniatures I have collected so far! You’ll notice they are either tiny things I’ve held onto or recycled items I made to look like something else.

Enjoy for your tiny viewing!

Puppets, Armatures, Silicone Pours, Galore!

In my line of work, I utilize a wide variety of methods. I do more delicate work like costuming, but use power tools just as often. Much of this flexibility has lent itself to my stop-motion projects well, and keeps me learning new skills every day. When it comes to puppet making, my favorite parts are armature, silicone pouring, and costume. Anyway, here is a link to my puppet portfolio. Here you can see my process from start to finish. Expect more puppets, and stop motion projects to come soon!

Howdy Folks! I’ve decided to start a blog! This is so I can have an organized place to put my smaller portfolios, behind-the-scenes clips, and updates for major events. Expect some of those things here coming in the near future.

Anyway, hope you are all having a magical year so far!
